【侯布雄廚藝教室】

暨三月份的廚藝教室踴躍報名,特於四月份加開一場,有興趣的貴賓們可不能再錯過!
一向致力於透過精彩的烹調讓新鮮食材兼具美感與美味的侯布雄法式餐廳,現在將有機會近距離體驗這份回歸自然清簡、突顯食材原味的態度。

時間:2014/4/26 (10:30AM~12:00PM) 結束後將於 5F L'ATELIER de Joël Robuchon 用餐
內容:侯布雄法式餐廳的行政主廚 Olivier JEAN 將親自示範「生食鯛魚韃靼佐櫻桃蘿蔔及新鮮蕃茄」與「嫩煎紹興酒風味雞翅佐綠蘆筍及香菇」兩道菜餚,並備有精美筆記,可現場觀摩發問!
