CULTIVATING PURE BLISSFUL RHYTHM OF LIFE BELLAVITA represent one of the most fantastic bespoke Luxury mall in Taipei, Taiwan. A building of only 9 levels in total, the ceiling on the 1st level of this mall reaches a massive 7 meters, with the rest of other level’s ceilings at 5 meters! The deliberate intentions to lever such tall spaces are not seen commonly in other commercial buildings. Take a glimpse of this marvelous European inspired BELLAVITA, anyone would understand the efforts out into overcoming the early construction difficulties. The overall building’s material and floors are made of imported Brazilian gold stone, while the tall “cathedral” dome-styled central courtyard were built using special 3 dimensionally (3D) stone cut and massive glasses, evidently a proof of superb building engineering. To achieve consistencies of interior and exterior facades, a type of high maintenance rough surface stone was chosen instead of conventional gloss surface stone. On top of that, BELLAVITA’s intricate mall details include creative colored lightings in fountains, imported palm trees from the Middle East and many little beautiful flower gardens around this mall. Such touching detailing can be seen and felt when the fountain water reflections of the sun shining through this bespoke mall. The core idea of building BELLAVITA originated from the founder’s passion for food and a wish to open a simple coffee café. This wish developed into a stylish and cozy “bar & restaurant a3” allowing guests to enjoy food with great ambience. BELLAVITA brought in Taiwan’s first Michelin star-rated French restaurant “L’Atelier de Joё Robouchon”, and afternoon tea salon “ Salon De The de Joё Robouchon”, “Japanese Kaiseki cuisine 28”, Italian traditional and modern fusion restaurant “Beata Te”, Hawaiian-styled bar “Haleakala” and fashionably new concept caviar, oysters and champagne bar. All these special international cuisine restaurants offer a great food paradise for gatherings with friends and families. Their luxury boutiques selections from Europe, United States and Japan; such as bespoke fashion, jewelers, accessories, crystals etc., also added BELLAVITA as a great shopping destination. In this mall, there are art and nurturing of the art scene for the clientele enjoy. The European façade of BELLAVITA became a symbolic cultural building in this beautiful era. The choice of using the oriental golden Peony flower matched equally well as its representative symbol.
