Maison Kitsuné, which started in Paris, has never stopped there. "We wanted to create a brand that embodies the intersection of life and art — Maison Kitsuné. It is passion, ambition, and desire." Founded in 2002 by Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, Kitsuné encompasses the fashion brand Maison Kitsuné, the music label Kitsuné Musique, and the lifestyle brand Café Kitsuné, which combines a café, bakery, bar, and restaurant.

Café Kitsuné was established in 2013 and has since expanded globally, with 25 locations in cities such as Tokyo, Paris, Seoul, New York, Beijing, and Vancouver. It has created a unique coffee culture for coffee enthusiasts, securing a special place in the hearts of its fans. In 2019, Café Kitsuné expanded further, adding a bakery, bar, and restaurant to its diverse food and beverage offerings, enhancing its cultural presence.
