At just 31, Jean-François Piège earned three Michelin stars for Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
In 2005, he led Les Ambassadeurs at Hôtel de Crillon in Paris to two Michelin stars and was named “Chef of the Year” by both the Pudlo Guide and Guide Champérard.
In 2007, he was awarded Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau, one of France’s most respected culinary guides.
His personal venture, Le Grand Restaurant, received two Michelin stars, solidifying his reputation as one of the most iconic chefs of France’s new culinary generation.
